Loyalty program

Our loyalty program rewards you with "Suns": €1 spent = 1 Sun (= 1 point).

How to check your loyalty points?

1. Find the Sun icon:
   • On every page of our website, at the bottom right corner, you’ll find a Sun icon, located just above the chat icon.
   • 
2. View your points:
   • Click on the Sun icon. Your loyalty points, represented as Suns, will instantly appear at the top of the pop-in window ("Your accumulated Suns: ...").
3. Redeem your points:
   • To redeem your Suns for rewards (200 Suns = €10), click on "How to redeem points", then "Redeem".

Exclusions

Sampling services and discounted or sale products are excluded from the loyalty program. You cannot earn or use loyalty points on sample purchases or the "Mystery Box".

NEW: Earn points in-store and online

Loyalty points earned on our website and in our physical boutique in Lille are now combined. You can also transfer your points between the two systems, for a simpler and more rewarding loyalty experience.

How does the loyalty program work?

Every purchase made on our website and/or in our physical boutique allows you to earn loyalty points, which can be converted into discount vouchers to use on your future orders.

Steps to use your points on the website:

1. Log in to your customer account;
2. Go to your loyalty space via the Sun icon at the bottom right of your screen, to convert your points into a discount voucher;
3. Once converted, a discount code will be provided under "Your rewards" to use on your next order.
4. Only 200 points can be used per order, creating a €10 voucher.

Steps to use your points in-store:

1. Visit our boutique;
2. Provide your first name, last name and/or email address at checkout;
3. You can earn points with every purchase.
4. Once converted, via your online loyalty space at the bottom right of the website, a discount code will be provided to use on your next order.
5. Only 200 points can be used per order, creating a €10 voucher.

⚠️ Loyalty points and discount vouchers are strictly personal. 

How to earn loyalty points?

• Points are credited to your customer account:
  • In-store: as soon as your purchase is completed,
  • Online: once your order has been delivered or picked up in store;
• Points include the purchase amount including 20% VAT (following our rule €1 spent = 1 "Sun" / point);
  
• "Sun" points exclude shipping fees associated with your order;
• If an order is canceled or returned, the corresponding points will be removed from your account;
• Deleting your customer account will also result in the loss of all points and vouchers associated with it.
• ⚠️ You cannot benefit from the program starting with your very first purchase.

Validity of points and vouchers

• Loyalty points and discount vouchers are valid for 1 year from their generation date;
• You can use your points starting from your next order or save them up for a bigger discount.
