1. Purpose
The purpose of this document is to define the conditions and terms of membership, participation and operation of the loyalty program entitled "Golden Club" (hereinafter the "Program"), set up and administered by the company Soleil d'Or (hereinafter the "Company").
The purpose of the Program is to allow any customer meeting the eligibility conditions (hereinafter the "Member") to accumulate points on the occasion of specific purchases or actions, as well as to access, subject to compliance with these general conditions (hereinafter the "Conditions"), specific benefits, rewards or considerations.
These Terms govern all the rights and obligations of Members related to the Program, and supersede any prior or conflicting document relating to the Program.
Membership in the Program implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these Conditions.
2. Program Membership
2.1. Eligibility requirements
Membership in the Program is open to any individual of legal age with the legal capacity to contract, and making purchases from the Company on a non-professional basis.
The Program is strictly for personal use. Any use in a professional context or for purchases intended for resale is excluded.
The Company reserves the right to request any supporting documentation necessary to verify a Member's eligibility.
Exclusion of accounts benefiting from a merchant discount
Customers benefiting from a so-called "merchant discount" (in particular a permanent 10% discount applied to each purchase, regardless of the channel) are excluded from the Program.
As such, these customers cannot join the Program, nor accumulate Points, nor access the Tiers, Rewards, Missions or associated benefits, as these are incompatible with the granting of a permanent discount.
Definition. A customer is considered to be benefiting from a "merchant discount" if they have, on a permanent or recurring basis, a preferential rate, an automatic discount or a similar benefit applied during purchases (in particular a fixed discount of 10%), regardless of the channel (site, store) and regardless of the method of allocation (code, automatic discount, account setting, manual discount).
2.2. Membership Procedures
Membership in the Program is free. It can be done:
- online, by creating a customer account on the Company's website; or
- in store, during the first purchase, simply by providing a valid email address.
Membership is effective upon account validation and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.3. Accuracy of the information provided
The Member agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering and to update it in the event of any changes.
The Company cannot be held responsible for the consequences of erroneous, incomplete or outdated information.
2.4. Uniqueness of the account
Each Member can only hold one account within the Program.
Any attempt to create multiple accounts, under real or fictitious identities, may result in:
- the merging of the accounts in question,
- the removal of points that have been improperly accumulated,
- or removal from the Program, at the Company's discretion.
2.5. Refusal or cancellation of membership
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate the membership of any Member in the event of:
- failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions,
- of fraud or attempted fraud,
- misuse or abuse of the Program
- or behavior that harms the interests of the Company.
Such a measure may result in the permanent loss of points, benefits and rewards associated with the account.
In the event of Points or benefits being awarded to an ineligible customer (in particular a beneficiary of a merchant discount), the Company may cancel the Points and benefits concerned , with retroactive effect if necessary, without compensation.
If a Member subsequently becomes a beneficiary of a merchant discount, their membership in the Program is automatically deactivated from the activation of said discount, without compensation, and any unused benefits may be cancelled.
2.6. Data required for membership
Registration for the Program involves the collection and processing of certain personal data of the Member (including: identity, postal and email contact details, purchase history, date of birth, etc.), necessary for the operation of the Program.
These processing operations are carried out in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
3. Loyalty Points
3.1. Nature of the points
Loyalty points (hereinafter referred to as "Points") constitute a unit of measurement used to evaluate the Member's participation in the Program.
Points have no monetary value of their own, do not constitute a means of payment or an asset and cannot under any circumstances be converted into cash, transferred, exchanged or given away, whether free of charge or for consideration.
3.2. Methods of acquiring points
Points are accumulated by the Member on the following occasions:
- purchases made from the Company, in store or online, according to the scale in effect on the date of purchase;
- of actions determined by the Company within the framework of the Program (missions, one-off operations, sponsorship, etc.), when these actions entitle the holder to Points.
The general scale applied on the date of this document stipulates that €1 spent = 1 Point .
The Company reserves the right to modify this scale at any time, in accordance with the article relating to the modification of the Conditions.
3.3. Conditions for taking purchases into account
Unless otherwise indicated by the Company, only the following are eligible to be awarded Points:
- purchases actually paid for by the Member
- net of discounts, reductions, promotional codes, benefits or use of a loyalty voucher,
- excluding delivery charges, gift cards or e-gift cards, gift wrapping and related services,
- excluding discounted products, including temporary and permanent promotional offers,
- excluding "Mystery Box" and "Discovery Box", which do not generate Points, even in the case of partial or combined purchase.
Purchases made for professional purposes, purchases intended for resale, or purchases that are abnormal in relation to personal consumption are also excluded from the Program.
Also excluded are: purchases made by a customer benefiting from a merchant discount (in particular a permanent 10% discount), which do not entitle them to any Points , any Tiers and any Rewards .
3.4. Allocation of Points
Points are credited to the Member's account:
- after final payment confirmation,
- and, where applicable, upon expiry of the withdrawal period applicable to distance sales.
The Company is not obligated to award Points in the event of a payment incident, fraud or suspected misuse of the Program.
3.5. Cancellation of Points
Points awarded to a Member may be cancelled in whole or in part in the event of:
- order cancellation,
- full or partial refund
- product return,
- attribution error,
- or fraud or attempted fraud.
In these cases, the Company adjusts the Member's Points balance, including when the balance becomes negative.
3.6. Validity of Points
Points remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the Member's last qualifying activity (eligible purchase, validated Mission or qualifying action defined by the Company).
If there is no qualifying activity for twelve (12) consecutive months, the entire Points balance automatically expires and is reset to zero.
Any qualifying activity resets the validity period.
3.7. Checking the balance
Members can check their Points balance at any time via their personal account.
The information displayed is purely indicative; it may be adjusted in case of error or subsequent operation (return, refund, fraud, etc.).
4. Loyalty tiers
4.1. Definition and general principles
The Program is based on a system of successive tiers (hereinafter the "Tiers") awarded according to the number of Points accumulated by the Member over a rolling period of twelve (12) months.
Each Tier entitles the holder to specific benefits as defined in this article.
The Company reserves the right to modify, replace or remove any Tier or benefit at any time, in accordance with the article relating to the modification of the Conditions.
4.2. List of Access Levels and Thresholds
- Bronze Tier : accessible from 200 points accumulated up to 499 points over the reference period;
- Silver Tier : accessible from 500 accumulated points and up to 999 points over the reference period;
- Gold Tier : accessible from 1000 points accumulated and up to 1999 points over the reference period;
- Platinum Tier : accessible from 2,000 points accumulated over the reference period.
The Points required to reach each Tier are assessed according to the Member's balance of eligible Points, excluding expired, cancelled or excluded transaction Points.
4.3. Duration of the Phase and Annual Reassessment
The allocation of a Tier is valid as long as the Member accumulates Points within the Program, on the basis of a rolling period of twelve (12) months (hereinafter the "Reference Period").
At any given time, only Points acquired during the last twelve (12) months are taken into account for the determination of the Member's Tier, in accordance with the thresholds defined in article 4.2.
The Reference Period is reset each time a Tier is moved to a higher level.
At the end of each Reference Period, the Member's Tier may be reassessed based on the number of Points accumulated during that period, without this giving rise to any compensation.
With each change of Tier, the Member loses the unused benefits attached to the lower Tier and retains only those of the Tier to which he/she now belongs.
4.4. Advantages associated with Tiers
The benefits attached to each Tier include discounts, rewards in the form of Boxes, birthday discounts, as well as access to certain operations or events organized by the Company.
They are subject to the conditions, restrictions, purchase limits, and expiry dates communicated to the Member upon issuance. None of these benefits constitute an acquired or permanent right for the Member.
Upon upgrading to a higher Tier, all unused rewards and benefits associated exclusively with the previous Tier (including, where applicable, Boxes, vouchers, promotional codes, or Tier-specific perks) are automatically canceled and can no longer be used. These removed benefits cannot be reactivated, extended, converted into cash, or compensated.
Activating the Boxes (no automatic sending)
The Boxes (Mystery Box / Discovery Box) are not sent automatically when a Tier is reached.
To benefit from this, the Member must: (i) complete the dedicated form accessible from the corresponding Box pages, the loyalty area, or any other medium communicated by the Company; then (ii) after validation, use the unique and personal promotional code communicated by the Company at the time of purchase, by entering it when placing the order, in order to obtain the Box free of charge according to the applicable conditions.
If the form is not completed, no code is issued and the Box cannot be obtained.
If your tier changes (points increase/decrease/revaluation/cancellation) before the code is issued, the Box associated with that tier will be lost without compensation. The promotional code must be used before its expiration date; otherwise, the benefit expires and cannot be reissued.
Bronze Tier — From 200 to 499 points
Upon reaching the Bronze Tier (from 200 points accumulated over the Reference Period), the Member can benefit from, among other things:

a voucher worth €10, usable on an order of a minimum amount of €40 including VAT, excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, valid for twelve (12) months from its issue, and usable only once;
-
of a Mystery Box, not sent automatically when crossing the Tier, accessible only after completion of the dedicated form; after validation, it is assigned in the form of a unique and personal promotional code, to be entered when placing the order to benefit from its free use, usable on an order of a minimum amount of €30 including tax, only on unique products, excluding discounted products, gift cards and boxes, within 1 year from its issue and within the limit of available stocks;

a 5% anniversary discount, valid for 30 days from its issue, excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, any other conditions (non-cumulative, technical terms of use) being specified when the code is issued.
Silver Tier — from 500 to 999 points
Upon reaching the Silver Tier (from 500 points accumulated over the Reference Period), the Member benefits from the following advantages, which replace those of the Bronze Tier:

a voucher worth €20, usable on an order of a minimum amount of €60 including VAT, excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, valid for twelve (12) months from its issue, and usable only once;

of "GOLDAYS" days, during which Points obtained on eligible purchases are multiplied by 1.2 (detailed conditions within the specific communications relating to these operations);
-
occasional invitations to Soleil d'Or events, workshops and masterclasses, subject to availability and according to criteria defined by the Company;
-
of a Mystery Box, not sent automatically when crossing the Tier, accessible only after completion of the dedicated form; after validation, it is assigned in the form of a unique and personal promotional code, to be entered when placing the order to benefit from its free use, usable on an order of a minimum amount of €30 including tax, only on unique products, excluding discounted products, gift cards and boxes, within 1 year from its issue and within the limit of available stocks;

a 5% anniversary discount, valid for 30 days from its issue, usable excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, any other conditions (non-cumulative, technical terms of use) being specified when the code is issued.
Gold Tier — from 1,000 to 1,999 points
Upon reaching the Gold Tier (from 1,000 points accumulated over the Reference Period), the Member benefits from the following advantages, which replace those of the Bronze and Silver Tiers:

a voucher worth €30, usable on an order of a minimum amount of €80 including VAT, excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, valid for twelve (12) months from its issue, and usable only once;
- of "GOLDAYS" days during which the Points obtained on eligible purchases are multiplied by 1.5;
- early access to certain Soleil d'Or events or special operations;

of a Discovery Box, not sent automatically when crossing the Tier, accessible only after completion of the dedicated form; after validation, it is assigned in the form of a unique and personal promotional code, to be entered when placing the order to benefit from its free use, usable on an order of a minimum amount of €10 including tax, only on individual products, excluding discounted products, gift cards and boxes, within 1 year from its issue and within the limit of available stocks;
- a 10% anniversary discount, valid for 30 days from its issue, usable excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, any other conditions (including those relating to accumulation and technical terms of use) being specified when the code is issued.
Platinum Tier — starting at 2,000 Points
Upon reaching the Platinum Tier (from 2,000 points accumulated over the Reference Period), the Member benefits from the following advantages, which replace those of the lower Tiers:

a voucher worth €50, usable on an order of a minimum amount of €100 including VAT, excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, valid for twelve (12) months from its issue, and usable only once;

of a voucher worth €100, accessible from 2,500 points redeemed , usable on an order of a minimum amount of €100 including tax, excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, valid for twelve (12) months from its issue, and usable only once;
- of "GOLDAYS" days during which the points obtained on eligible purchases are multiplied by 2;
- priority or VIP access to certain masterclasses, workshops and private evenings, subject to availability;

of a Discovery Box, not sent automatically when crossing the Tier, accessible only after completion of the dedicated form; after validation, it is assigned in the form of a unique and personal promotional code, to be entered when placing the order to benefit from its free use, usable on an order of a minimum amount of €10 including tax, only on individual products, excluding discounted products, gift cards and boxes, within 1 year from its issue and within the limit of available stocks;

delivery benefits, which may include a "free delivery" reward applicable to orders placed during the Platinum Tier period, within the limits and according to the terms specified at the time the benefit is issued;

a 15% anniversary discount, valid for 30 days from its issue, usable excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, any other conditions (including those relating to accumulation and technical terms of use) being specified when the code is issued.
Mystery Box
A Mystery Box can be awarded to Bronze or Silver Tier Members, in the form of a unique and personal promotional code.
It is subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum purchase: €30 including VAT.
- applicable only to single products.
- excluding sale items, gift cards and boxes,
- validity of 1 year from the date of issue,
- Not valid in conjunction with other discount codes, unless otherwise stated.
- subject to stock availability.
The Mystery Box is not sent automatically. It is accessible after completing the dedicated form on the Mystery Box page. After validation, the Member can find a unique and personal promotional code in their loyalty rewards, which must be entered when placing the order to receive the Box for free, subject to the conditions above.
The Company may modify the content, terms of use or eligibility of this reward for operational reasons.
The free offer applies to the price of the Box; any delivery charges remain due, unless otherwise stated.
Discovery Box
A Discovery Box can be awarded to Gold and Platinum Tier Members, also in the form of a unique and personal promotional code.
Applicable conditions:
- Minimum purchase: €10 including VAT;
- valid only on unique products.
- exclusions identical to those of the Mystery Box,
- validity of 1 year from the date of issue;
- not cumulative with other benefits, unless otherwise decided by the Company;
- subject to availability.
The Discovery Box is not sent automatically. It is accessible after completing the dedicated form on the Discovery Box page. After validation, the Member can find a unique and personal promotional code in their loyalty rewards, which must be entered when placing the order to receive the Box for free, subject to the conditions above.
The free offer applies to the price of the Box; any delivery charges remain due, unless otherwise stated.
Birthday rewards
Each Member can receive a promotional code on their birthday, the characteristics of which depend on their Tier on the date of issue.
Bronze & Silver:

5% discount, valid for 30 days from the date of issue, usable excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
Gold :
-
10% discount, valid for 30 days from the date of issue, usable excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
Platinum:
- 15% discount, valid for 30 days from the date of issue, usable excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products, cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
Birthday codes are personal, non-transferable and usable only once.
"GOLDAYS"
Occasional "GOLDAYS" promotions may be organized, allowing Members to benefit from a Points multiplier that varies according to their Tier:
- Silver: x1.2
- Gold: x1.5,
- Platinum: x2.
These operations are defined exclusively by the Company, which determines their date, scope, the products concerned, the duration and any limitations. They may be modified, limited or cancelled without notice.
Masterclasses, workshops, evenings and events
Events may be offered to Members, including but not limited to:
- masterclass,
- workshops,
- private parties,
- privileged encounters.
These events are organized at the Company's discretion, and access to them depends on:
- accommodation capacities,
- of the Member Level,
- internal selection criteria,
- of the order of registration or priorities defined by the Company.
Participation is never guaranteed and may be limited or refused without obligation to provide justification.
4.5. Non-contractual nature and availability of benefits
The benefits associated with the Tiers, including Box, discounts, events, early access and "GOLDAYS" operations, are offered subject to stock, places and operational availability.
They :
- have no monetary value,
- are neither exchangeable nor transferable,
- do not constitute an acquired right.
- may be modified or removed without notice for logistical, commercial or legal reasons.
4.6. Non-transferability of Tiers and Benefits
The Tiers, as well as all the associated benefits (including Boxes, discounts, promotional codes, early access, invitations to events, "GOLDAYS" operations, etc.), are strictly personal to the Member holding the account.
They cannot under any circumstances:
- be transferred, loaned, assigned, sold or exchanged,
- be used for the benefit of a third party,
- can be combined across multiple accounts,
- to be shared within a household or group.
Any attempt at transfer or misuse may result in:
- the cancellation of the benefit in question;
- the removal of the landing;
- the closure of the Member's account;
- the loss of the Points balance, at the Company's discretion.
This measure aims to guarantee the integrity of the Programme and fair treatment of all Members.
4.7. Loss of the Level
The Member may lose their Tier in the following cases:
- of insufficient points during the annual reassessment,
- of inactivity resulting in the expiration of his balance,
- of fraud, attempted fraud or behavior contrary to the Terms.
Losing a Tier may result in the removal of unused benefits linked exclusively to that Tier.
5. Rewards
5.1. Nature of rewards
The Program Rewards consist of vouchers of a determined amount (hereinafter the "Vouchers"), which can be exchanged for a certain number of Points shown in the Program interface.
Each voucher takes the form of a unique and personal promotional code, usable exclusively on the website or in Soleil d'Or stores, according to the terms and conditions specified in this article.
The vouchers have no monetary value, are neither refundable, nor exchangeable, nor transferable.
5.2. Voucher Catalogue and Points Scale
The vouchers currently available include, in particular:
- €10 for 200 points;
- €20 for 500 points;
- €30 for 1,000 points;
- €50 for 2,000 points;
- €100 for every 2,500 points exchanged .
The Company may modify this catalogue, add or remove Vouchers, without prior notice.
5.3. Special Feature of the Platinum Bearing
In addition to the vouchers available to other tiers, Platinum Members benefit from:
- to the €50 voucher (2,000 points);
- to the €100 voucher (for every 2,500 points) exchanged ).
These vouchers can only be generated if the Member has Platinum status at the time of the Points exchange.
5.4. Conditions for exchanging Points for a Voucher
Obtaining a voucher requires:
- a sufficient balance of Points,
- an account in order
- the absence of litigation or suspicion of fraud.
Once the voucher is generated, the corresponding points are permanently debited from the member's account.
5.5. Conditions of Use of Vouchers
Unless otherwise specified on the relevant voucher, the following rules apply:
Minimum purchase
Each voucher is subject to a minimum purchase amount specified at the time of its generation. For information purposes, as of the date hereof:
- The €10 voucher can be used for purchases of €40 or more;
- The €20 voucher can be used for purchases of €60 or more;
- The €30 voucher can be used for purchases of €80 or more;
- The €50 and €100 vouchers can be used from €100 of purchase.
These thresholds may be modified by the Company and the current conditions are those indicated when the Voucher was generated.
Eligible products
The vouchers apply exclusively to:
- the products and services offered by the Soleil d'Or Company.
They are not applicable to:
- gift cards and e-gift cards,
- Mystery Box,
- Discovery Box,
- Discounted and sale products
- products excluded on a case-by-case basis by the Company.
Validity
Unless otherwise stated, each voucher is valid for:
- 1 year (rolling expiry date from its generation).
After this date, it expires automatically and can no longer be used. No refund, conversion, or reactivation is possible.
Combination of Vouchers
The Good Ones:
- they cannot be combined with each other.
- but can, depending on the operational parameters, be combined with:
- a discount on shipping costs, or
- a one-time discount other than the excluded products listed above.
Any other form of accumulation is prohibited.
Single use
Each voucher can only be used once.
Any attempt at partial or repeated use is automatically rejected.
5.6. Restrictions and non-transferability
The Good Ones:
- are strictly personal;
- cannot be given away, sold, transferred, or exchanged;
- can only be used by the Member who holds the account;
- cannot be applied to a third party's order.
Any misuse may result in:
- the cancellation of the voucher,
- the removal of points obtained improperly,
- account downgrade or closure.
5.7. Voucher Availability
Some Rewards may be limited to a specific Tier (e.g. Platinum Vouchers) or to user lists defined by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to:
- limit the number of vouchers available,
- modify their conditions,
- suspend them temporarily or permanently.
No compensation can be claimed in the event of deletion or unavailability.
5.8. Absence of monetary value
Vouchers are not a means of payment, but a promotional benefit with no monetary value.
They are not refundable, even partially, if the purchase amount is less than their face value.
6. Missions
6.1. Nature of the Missions
As part of the Program, the Company provides Members with missions (“Missions”) that allow them to accumulate additional Points.
Each Mission corresponds to an action, defined and published in the loyalty area, with a number of Points determined by the Company.
The missions can be:
- open to all Members, regardless of their Tier;
- reserved for one or more levels;
- temporary or permanent, depending on the Company's choices.
The Company is free to modify, suspend, add or delete any Mission, at any time and without notice, in particular for operational, technical or commercial reasons.
6.2. General Conditions for the Performance of Missions
To be eligible for accumulating points, each mission must be:
- (a) carried out personally by the Member;
- (b) executed in accordance with the instructions associated with the Mission (deadlines, evidence, technical modalities, content restrictions, etc.);
- (c) finalized via the official channels of the Program (website, loyalty area or any other designated channel).
The Missions cannot under any circumstances be:
- transferred, assigned, resold or carried out on behalf of a third party;
- carried out through the use of automated, fraudulent, diverted or contrary means to the spirit of the Program.
The Company reserves the right to verify, control or refuse the awarding of Points in case of doubt about the authenticity or conformity of the Mission.
6.3. Missions open to all
Unless otherwise indicated, the following Missions are accessible to all Members, regardless of their Tier:
- Make a purchase: €1 spent = 1 point
- Create a customer account: 25 points
- Subscribe to the newsletter: 25 Points
- Enter your date of birth: 25 Points
- Subscribe to the Soleil d'Or TikTok account: 25 Points
- Subscribe to the Soleil d'Or Instagram account: 25 Points
These Missions can be automatically assigned to Members during a technical migration or account takeover, when necessary to accurately reflect their situation or history.
6.4. Missions accessible by tiers
Some Missions are only accessible from a certain Tier.
Access to a Tier does not automatically grant access to all Missions of lower Tiers, unless expressly stated in the Mission description.
Missions reserved for Silver Members
Silver Members have access to the following Missions:
- Leave a review on a product: 50 Points
- Leave a Google review: 100 Points
- Share the latest Soleil d'Or post in your story: 50 Points
Missions reserved for Gold Members
Gold Members have access to the following Missions, among others:
- Publishing a story: 150 points
- Sharing an unboxing video on your social media: 150 points
Missions reserved for Platinum Members
Platinum Members have access to the following Missions:
- Posting a TikTok: 150 Points
- Create a video review: 150 points
6.5. Allocation of Points
Points are credited to the Member's Account once the Mission has been validated by the Company.
Validation may be immediate or deferred depending on the nature of the Mission and the necessary checks.
In the event of non-compliance with the terms of the Mission, fraud or attempted fraud, the Company may:
- refuse the awarding of points;
- cancel points already awarded;
- suspend or close the Member's Account, in accordance with the article relating to fraud.
6.6. Updating and evolving the Missions
The Company may modify at any time:
- the list of Missions,
- the number of points awarded,
- the levels to which they are accessible.
Any modification will take effect as soon as it is published on the official channels of the Program.
7. Sponsorship
7.1. Purpose of the Mentoring Program
The Referral Program allows any Member to recommend the Company to third parties and to benefit, as well as the referred person, from promotional advantages subject to compliance with these conditions.
The Referral Program has no financial compensation and does not confer any status of distributor, ambassador or sales representative.
7.2. Eligibility requirements
Conditions for sponsoring
Any member can be a sponsor:
- having a valid customer account;
- having already placed at least one validated order with the Company;
- not being suspended or excluded from the Loyalty Program or the Referral Program.
Each sponsor can share their referral link, generated from their customer area or by email.
Conditions for being sponsored
Any individual can be sponsored:
- having never placed an order with the Company;
- creating their first customer account via the referral link or referral email received.
The Company reserves the right to verify the prior status of new customer.
7.3. How the Sponsorship Program Works
Sponsored Person's Reward
When the Referred Customer uses the Referrer's referral link and places their first valid order, they receive a €15 voucher, subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum purchase: €100;
- Usable only on products excluding gift cards, Mystery Box and Discovery Box, and discounted products;
- Validity period: 7 days from the date of issue;
- Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
The voucher is issued automatically after email address validation, when the verification option is enabled.
Godfather's Reward
As soon as the first order from the Sponsored Customer is:
- placed via the referral link,
- validated by the Company,
- and not returned within the applicable legal or contractual period,
The sponsor receives a €15 voucher, subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum purchase: €100;
- Usable on products excluding gift cards, boxes and discounted products;
- Validity period: 15 days from the date of issue;
- Cannot be combined with other discounts, unless specifically stated on the voucher.
Conditional validation of sponsorship
The Referrer's reward is only issued after the applicable return period has expired or the Referred Customer's order has been definitively validated.
In the event of cancellation or return of said order, no reward will be given.
7.4. Anti-fraud rules for referrals
To ensure the proper use of the Referral Program, the following restrictions apply:
- Maximum 5 valid referrals per IP address over the reference period defined by the Company;
- IP address quota renewal: 1 month;
- Maximum 5 referrals per day per email address;
- Self-referral, creating multiple accounts, or using false identities are prohibited;
- Sharing your link on public promotional platforms or any non-personal channel (forums, promo code sites, etc.) is prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to:
- suspend any account in the event of suspicion of fraud,
- cancel sponsorships deemed abusive,
- request any supporting documentation that allows verification of the integrity of the transactions.
7.5. Non-transferability
Rewards, vouchers, discounts and benefits obtained through the Referral Program:
- are strictly personal;
- cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, resold or converted into monetary value;
- cannot be assigned to another account, even in the event of a registration error or multiple accounts.
7.6. Modification or suspension of the Program
The Company may, at any time and without notice, modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program, including rewards, award conditions, validation procedures or anti-fraud rules.
Any changes will only apply to sponsorships made after this update.
8. Suspension, blocking and closure of the account
8.1. Preventive suspension of the account
The Company may, as a precautionary measure, temporarily suspend a Member's access to the Program when:
- an anomaly, inconsistency or technical error is detected;
- an internal investigation is underway (particularly in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or attempted circumvention of the Program);
- information provided by the Member appears inaccurate, outdated or manifestly inconsistent;
- unusual behavior or an abnormal volume of activity is observed.
During the suspension period, access to benefits, Tiers, Missions and rewards may be frozen, without this giving rise to any compensation.
8.2. Account Blocking
The Company may proceed to immediately block the Member's Account in the following situations:
- fraudulent or suspicious use of the Program;
- creation of multiple accounts, simultaneously or successively;
- use of the Program for commercial, collective or professional purposes;
- misuse of sponsorship (self-referral, fake accounts, exploitation of temporary addresses, etc.);
- Abnormal exploitation of Missions or rewards;
- serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
Blocking may result in the temporary or permanent removal of Points, Tiers and associated benefits.
8.3. Final closure of the account
The Company may proceed with the immediate and irreversible closure of the account in the following cases:
- proven or repeated fraud;
- manipulation or falsification of supporting documents (proof of Missions, opinions, participation in events, etc.);
- use of fictitious or borrowed identities;
- persistent refusal to comply with the Conditions despite warning(s);
- abusive, disrespectful behavior or behavior that harms the interests of the Company, its teams or other Members.
The closure entails:
- the removal of all unused Points, Tiers and rewards,
- the impossibility of opening a new account without prior authorization from the Company,
- the removal of access to the Program.
No compensation can be claimed.
8.4. Voluntary closure of the account by the Member
The Member may request the closure of their account at any time, via customer service or the technical means made available to them.
The closure is final and entails:
- the loss of all unused points,
- the automatic cancellation of all current rewards (vouchers, benefits, Boxes, etc.),
- the loss of the current level.
No reactivation or refund of points is possible after closure.
8.5. Consequences of suspension, blocking or closure
In all cases of suspension, blocking or closure:
- Points can be cancelled partially or totally;
- Ongoing missions may be invalidated;
- Unused rewards may expire or be removed;
- No compensation or reimbursement can be claimed by the Member.
The Company retains the right to transmit any information to the competent authorities in the event of suspected fraud or illegal activity.
8.6. Account reactivation (excluding account deletion)
Reactivation of a suspended or blocked account may be considered when:
- The verification was successful.
- The Member provides the requested supporting documents.
- No fraud has been established.
Reactivation remains at the Company's discretion.
9. Modification or termination of the program
9.1. Program Modification
The Company may, at any time and without notice, modify all or part of the Program, including:
- the methods for awarding points,
- the points conversion scale or value,
- The landings and their access thresholds,
- the associated benefits (vouchers, boxes, rewards, discounts…),
- the conditions of access to the Missions,
- the rules of Sponsorship,
- technical or anti-fraud limitations,
- the validity period of Points or rewards.
These changes will apply immediately to Members, including for Points and benefits already accumulated or currently valid, unless otherwise expressly communicated by the Company.
Members are advised to regularly review the updated Terms and Conditions.
9.2. Removal, modification or replacement of benefits
The Company may, for commercial, technical, logistical, regulatory or other reasons beyond its control:
- remove an advantage,
- modify its terms and conditions,
- to reduce or limit its availability,
- or replace it with an equivalent or comparable benefit.
These adjustments do not entitle the customer to any compensation, reimbursement, or refund.
9.3. Temporary Suspension of the Program
The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Program, particularly in the event of:
- maintenance operation or technical update,
- of internal or external malfunction
- due to force majeure or exceptional event,
- of massive fraud or threat to the integrity of the Program.
During the suspension, the accumulation and use of Points or rewards may be interrupted without this giving rise to any compensation.
9.4. Final Termination of the Program
The Company may decide to terminate the Program permanently.
In this case, Members will be informed by any appropriate means (email, website, customer area or communication in store) within a reasonable timeframe.
The Company may provide a period during which Members may still use their unexpired Points or rewards.
At the end of this period:
- All points expire automatically.
- All benefits and rewards will be cancelled.
- No refund or compensation will be issued.
9.5. Disclaimer
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from:
- of a modification to the Program,
- of a temporary suspension,
- or its definitive cessation.
As the Program is a non-contractual commercial benefit, its modification or cancellation does not entitle the user to any compensation.
9.6. Acceptance of changes
Any use of the Program after a modification of the Terms constitutes full and complete acceptance of said modifications.
10. Personal Data
Within the framework of the Program, the Member's personal data is processed by the Company in accordance with applicable regulations, and in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR").

- the purposes and legal bases of the processing;
- the recipients of the data;
- shelf life;

- potential transfers outside the European Union.
Participation in the Program implies knowledge and acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
11. Responsibility
11.1. Company Liability
The Company will make every reasonable effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Program, its interface, and associated services. However, the Company is only bound by an obligation of means.
The Company cannot be held liable in the event of:
- temporary or permanent unavailability of the Program (maintenance, technical incident, suspension, shutdown);
- malfunction, delay or error in the allocation of Points, Missions, rewards or Tiers;
- removal, modification or limitation of a benefit, reward or Tier;
- loss of a benefit or voucher due to a delay or action by the Member;
- fraudulent or unauthorized access to the Member's account, provided that the Company has implemented sufficient security measures;
- errors, omissions or inaccurate information provided by the Member;
- Improper use of the Program, or failure to comply with the Conditions by the Member.
The Company cannot be held liable for any indirect damages such as loss of profits, loss of opportunity, damage to image, commercial damage or loss of data.
11.2. Member Responsibility
The Member is solely responsible:
- the accuracy of the information provided during registration or updates;
- of proper use of the Program and compliance with these Terms;
- the confidentiality of his/her login details, passwords and access to his/her account;
- of any use of his account, whether made by him or by a de facto authorized third party;
- of the integrity of the supporting documents provided in the context of the Missions or Sponsorship.
Any false, fraudulent, abusive statement or manifestation of bad faith will render the Member liable and may result in the application of the measures provided for in the articles relating to the suspension, blocking or closure of the account.
11.3. Force majeure
The Company cannot be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations resulting from an event constituting force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the Civil Code, and in particular in the event of:
- General or partial outage of the internet, hosting, or servers,
- health crisis, conflict, natural disaster, fire, flood,
- administrative or legal decision impacting the Program,
- malicious acts or external cyberattacks,
- any other circumstance that is reasonably beyond the Company's control.
During the period of force majeure, the Company's obligations are suspended.
11.4. Third-party links and content
The Program may link to third-party platforms or services (social networks, external reviews, authentication tools, etc.).
The Company has no control over these external services and cannot be held responsible for their content, practices, privacy policies or malfunctions.
11.5. Evidence
The Member acknowledges that:
- the Company's computer records,
- the historical data for Points,
- technical logs,
- the time-stamped traces,
- and more generally any internal digital document
may be validly used against the Member and will constitute admissible evidence in the event of a dispute relating to the Program.
11.6. General Limitation
Unless otherwise provided by law of public order, in any event, the Company's liability under the Program is strictly limited to a maximum amount corresponding to the face value of the disputed rewards.
No other sum may be claimed from the Company for any reason whatsoever.
