Exclusions
The sampling service is excluded from the loyalty program. You cannot accumulate or use your loyalty points for purchases of samples or the "Mystery Box".
NEW: Accumulation of points in store and online
Loyalty points earned on our website and in our physical store in Lille are now cumulative . You can also transfer your points between the two systems, for a simplified and advantageous loyalty experience.
How does the loyalty program work?
Each purchase made on our website and/or in a physical store allows you to accumulate loyalty points , which can be converted into discount vouchers that can be used on your next orders.
Steps to use your points on the website:
- Log in to your customer account;
- Go to your loyalty area to convert your points into a discount voucher at the bottom left of your screen;
- Once converted, from your loyalty area, At the bottom left of the website, you will be provided with a discount code to use on your next order.
Steps to use your points in store:
- Visit the store;
- Tell the cashier your first name, last name and/or email address;
- You can accumulate your points with each purchase.
- Once converted, from your loyalty area, at the bottom left of the website, a reduction code will be provided to you, to use during your next order.
⚠️ Loyalty points and discount vouchers are strictly personal.
How to get loyalty points?
- Points are credited to your customer account:
- In store : as soon as your purchase is finalized,
- Online : as soon as your order is delivered or collected in store;
- Points include the purchase amount and 20% VAT (meeting our rule 1€ spent = 1 “sun” / point);
- “Sun” points exclude delivery costs associated with your order;
- In case of cancellation or return of an order, the corresponding points will be removed from your account;
- Deleting your customer account will also result in the loss of all associated points and vouchers.
Validity of points and discount vouchers
- Loyalty points and discount vouchers are valid for 1 year from their generation;
- You can use your points on your next order or accumulate them to get a bigger discount .
