French postal services: delivery within 2 to 3 working days (from deposit at the post office).
European postal services: 3 to 7 working days (from deposit at the post office).

- Eligibility Requirements : Items must be returned in their original condition , unused, unopened, with tags intact , and in their original packaging . Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Exclusions : Samples, Mystery Box, promotional items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo suivi, delivered with signature. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
