Blood orange essential oil had never been very popular in perfumery. But our story crossed that of the Capua farm, which since 1880 has represented Italian excellence in the extraction of citrus essences, and that changed everything.

A sweet, gourmand and citrus fragrance

The Capuas, who share with us the family passion for perfume, have developed a two-step extraction method. It is one of those hidden masterpieces that shine here and there, especially in the South of Italy, and which deserves to be told. First, the essential oil is extracted from the peel alone, brown and concentrated, then, when the ripening is at its peak, the whole fruits are pressed and passed through an extractor before centrifuging them to separate the essential oil from the juice.

This is how our Arancia di Sicilia germinated, a perfect idealization of a symbolic fruit filled with the sun, the Blood Orange, the colors and the scent of this island on a spring morning. To allow you to fully taste its sweetness but also its energy from the depths of the earth, we placed in its heart Musk and Amber and, to finish, an intense aroma of Coffee Absolute.

The notes of this Eau de Parfum in the colors of Sicily

This Eau de Parfum is an olfactory tribute to the Italian jewel that is Sicily and highlights the multiple facets of its emblematic fruit, the Blood Orange. A rare raw material in perfumery, which is expressed in the top note, and which we have combined, in the heart, with a delicious accord of Almond and Cinnamon. Then, in the base, the intensity of Labdanum Absolute, Coffee Absolute, Iris, Musk and Amber is revealed. All these notes blend perfectly and leave an exquisite and sunny trail, just like Sicily.
